DNP and full time eimplyment - can you do it???

I'm considering a low dose DNP cycle (>=200mg/24-36hrs) butI'm not sure what sides of it's use I'll encouter. I work full time in an office, so sweating profusely isn't exactly the easiest thing to pass off.

I have a small fan on my desk, and have the freedom to drink lots of water and kind of bounce around as I please. (within reason.) So, I could bring an extra shirt, and if I'm really sweating profusely, I can lower my dose, change my shirt, or do almost anything--- I've realized that since I'm kind of thought of at work as someone who is in shape, I could get away with it and say I'm taking an overload of new supps to try and loose some weight or something. People at work, including my managers, see me taking lots of supps anyways, and eating at weird times during the day. Protein is on my desk in cans, and people come to me for diet advice (why? lol) and workout tips at least a couple of times a week.

So, I think I may do it. Could I feasibly take that low a dose (maybe even less??) for 15-20 days, and see noticable fat loss???

thanks for the help.

Yep. It's fine. I work in an office. On 200mg you don't notice a thing. I didn't sweat at all. I had some time off, and I went up to 400mg. I wouldn't do that in an office. I sweat and sweat and sweat.
Be sure to take Quercetin at 2-3 grams a day. It will usually stave off any allergic reaction that might look odd in an office setting.

Good Luck.

I would like to know this answer also.

First do you really lose anything at 200mg per day and second how if you use more do you stay awake all day.

I did 500-600 mg per day for 12 days and was exhausted just to tie my shoes. The Sweating and heat were secondary to the exhaustion and fatigue.

I ran 200mg for 3 weeks and lost around 10lbs. I think it was 11-12 but I can't remember. This was powder also

The lethargy hit big time about 2.5 weeks into it. The heat is tolerable and I did sweat a bit at work but a coworker let me borrow his fan. I didn't feel like doing anything. Eating was even a lot of work. I would literally get winded by walking around in my apartment and it's a tiny one at that. No rash or anything. I could feel when I needed to have some carbs b/c I started getting really short of breath and dizzy. Green apples were my best friend. I'd probably go through 5 or 6 a day. I was up to drinking atleast 2.5 gallons of water by week 3. I went up to 400mg the fourth week and that's a huge difference from 200mg. This is when I was soaking the bed every night. I was also scared to get up from my seat at work sometimes b/c my pants were so soaked, I thought everyone would think I pissed my pants. That part sucked but it wasn't that bad. I think it's worth it:jump:

Maybe if I just went for 2 weeks then I could avoid what you encountered at the 2.5 week mark. This is really something I think I'm going to do.

thanks for all the input.
