wierd. did a very light weight leg day on wednesday as i didn't have much in the tank because of dnp and just being tired. heres the workout i did...
squats 185 3 sets of 12
calf raises 115 3 sets of 15
leg extensions 3 sets of 10
leg curls 3 sets of 10
Funny thing is with those light ass weights, Ive got the worst case of DOMS. calves hurt bad. trouble walking, both from pain and muscles just not wanting to work. You think the dnp has something to do with it, or am i just a pussy all of a sudden?
