DNP and diet

Right guys just a question regarding diet whilst on. Is it essential for best results to stick with the 3 day carb depletion phase pre-cycle then hit moderate carbs (healthy) during cycle?

What about low carbs? Would this be still effective as opposed to the former?

Obviously the more carbs the more heat which I believe aids in the ATP process. Has anyone had experience with both approaches?

Any help is much appreciated guys.
 
The only reason i see doing the carb deplete is so you're muscles have already exhausted their glycogen supply.. otherwise you have to do DNP for another 3-4 days for it to deplete the glycogen.

As for diet.. i say 50/30/20 C/P/F but thats for my individual needs. Most people should be pretty close to those ratios though.

Everything i just said is after a few cycles of trial and error.. so it might work perfectly for you, may not.

If you're not taking too much, your energy won't be AS LOW as people say. You should still be able to workout pretty hard.. you won't feel like doing it.. but do it anyways.

Should it be taken before breakfast, i.e. 30 min prior on an empty stomach, or after breakfast? Don't want to burn my stomach out if it should'nt be taken on an empty.

Should of asked initially really :rolleyes: .....

How old are you? Do you compete? If you don't compete, why DNP?
Diet and cardi is what you need bro. I'm guessing you are 19 or 20 from the looks of your name. :Chef: :tuc:

Thanks for the concern. I am fully knowledged with regards to diet and cardio and with boards obviously like Elite, increasing that knowledge every day.

To answer your question though, yes I will be entering my first comp in November.
 
to each his own bro.. anyways, make sure you take it evenly throughout the day.. so if you're taking 2 pills: every 12 hours. 3 pills: every 8 hours.. and so on. Make sure you've read "how to not f*** up on DNP" loads of info in there.. GOOD IMPORTANT INFO!!! It hasn't happened in a long time.. but you CAN DIE!!!

As far as before or after meals.. whatever feels better.. My stomach doesn't like it without having food inside. But i've also read that having food in your stomach wheny you take ANY pills is good, cuz it will be more absorbed into the bloodstream.

Take it with food. I've taken it without and get indigestion. I never get indigestion otherwise, unless I take DNP alone.

I've used it several times and it works like nothing else. People can do all the cardio and clen they want but DNP is a whole nother ballgame.

Just be smart about it.
 
Make sure you eat when you take it bro or you will have the worse indigestion youve ever had.Also do as much low intensity cardio as you can bear and drink water the whole time you are doing it this is very important.I did a shit load of cardio the last time I ran it and the difference from the time when I did less cardio was huge in terms of fat loss.

Dont card deplete, there is no reason. Its acaully better to have a decent intake of carbs to increase body temp (thermogenesis) and so the liver has a better source of fuel for gluconeo other than AAs from muscle protein.
The body will still ravage free fatty acids through the ETC in a futile attempt to make ATP.

i say do carb deplete.. cuz thats just another 3-4 days on DNP which sucks. Carbs are good for during the cycle though :chomp:
 
The heat and sweat comes with DNP. Carbing throughout keeps liver glycogen replenished so no catabolism and increased thermo throughout the DNP cycle. All in all, you get better results this way, but you feel shittyer. I dont care though, its only 7-10 days.
 
you do want carbs with DNP

this is one of the times you can take in low amounts of fats and high carb high protein

Ok I am on day 4 right now and i am not feeling nothing. Maybe the slightest temp increase but that could be just to the fact the weather is very mild and sticky here at the moment. I understand it doesnt usually hit you until day 4 but I just don't fell nowt coming on.

I suppose, as the saying goes, 'good things come to those who wait' but damn to be honest its pretty dissapointing so far. I was expecting to be sweating my balls off and fat falling off :p stupid really I know.

I took another does last night so I am now on two caps/day - 400mg.

Is this normal?
