DNP advice required

I'm considering embarking on my 2nd DNP cycle. My 1st cycle was for 7 days and involved 200mg per day.

However, I am considering doing a 400mg cycle for 7 days.

Is it ok to maintain this dosage for 7 days?

I will be taking one pill in the morning, and one before I go to bed.

Also, I ahven't used DNP in a while, I've kept it in the package it came in. Will it be safe to use?

Thanks

yes it will be fine after sitting, mine has been sitting for 3 yrs....it may be little bit less potent(nothing to alter your dosing-maybe couple mg or so)
..it takes 3 days to build up..
..so i would take 200mg for at least 3-4 days, then increase to 400mg and in 3 more days you will know what 400mg feels like and go from there
....i now people who have taken 400mg for 4 months at a time...

yeahn 400mg a day shouldnt impose any problems.
just make sure to take the necessary supplements.

i've ran 600mg a day for 10 days and other than feeling red hot and very tired, all was fine.

i crashed on day 11 and grubbed a good 10,000 cals.
felt good baby!

Just because x dosage of a drug was fine for someone doesn't make it fine for you. The only person who can answer this question is you.

I dont think 400 is too much at all, the only big problem i would foresee would be allergic rxn, so run it with quercertin. You will do nice on 400mg

Your body adaps to the DNP over time.

So less is more in the long run.

I can get the same results at 400mg/day than I used to get at 600mg/day.

Also hunger(A direct consequence of increased neuro-peptide Y levels in your brain) can be more easily controlled because the increase is less than before.

The only problem with DNP is since it blocks insulin, it also blocks serotonin(Trytophan...a direct precursor to 5-HT(serotonin) needs insulin to clear away all the larger AA's from the bloodstream in order to enter the cells. AA's compete with each other btw))...therefore making you feel a bit lethargic and makes it hellish to sleep.(Low 5-HT = inability to sleep, as insulin levels are low. Kind of like a Keto diet)
