Hey I have been on my cycle for about 5 weeks now and tomorrow will start the 6th. I was taking omnadren for the first 4 weeks but on week 5 I started sustanon and stopped the omnadren. Has anyone ever experienced dizziness or felt light headed while on their cycle? Does this have anything to do with AS or whats the deal. If anyone has any idea let me know cause shit kinda freaks me out and I was thinking about getting off the cycle.

When you speak of dizzyness, the first thing that I would get checked is my blood pressure, the second thing that I would get checked is my blood suger levels. High bp and low blood glucose both can cause dizzyness, as can fluctions of each.:)

Are you getting dizzy at all times of the day or just during workouts? I always get lightheaded after hard workouts bro.

Those are pretty high numbers, esp. for the diastolic (second number).

BP Is considered high at approx 140/90. Ideal pressures range from 120-130 over 60-70.

I am curious to know if your numbers were taken before/during/or immediately post workout. If you took them at rest, then you are actually hitting much higher pressues while you workout. I never allow a patient or client of mine to workout with a diastolic as high as 90 unless they are on meds AND ok'd by their physician.

I would recommend taking a trip to the Doc.

i took my blood pressure right after i woke up...i took it again a little while ago and it was at 143 over 99 so it went down a little... i dont want to stop working out cause i dont want to lose my gains, what should i do?

first off, are you taking any anti-e's?

You can go to your doc, and probably get a script for some bp med. I am taking Diovan 80mg per day. It is really good and has very few in any sides. Yes juice can cause high bp. Its not something that you need to let go for very long. It is hard on your organs.
