a buddy of mine who is on aas is getting divorced and he thinks that the custody of his daughter is going to be an issue. his wife keeps saying shit to him about being on aas but she doesnt know for sure. the question is if it gets brought up in court can they make him have a drug test just on her word. and if so what can they do if they find steroids. keep in mind this is a divorce not case against him. he thinks she will bring it up to better position herself in court

if he thinks there is any possibility of this being an issue, then he should get off the AAS and get rid of his stash.
If there is any way it could affect him getting custody of his daughter it is not worth chancing it.

btw, i have no idea about the legal issues, im just saying that it is not worth risking custody of his daughter

Yes. Absolutely, he is jeoporddazing his custody rights. Although it's unlikely he will be drug tested for a particular AAS ('cuase AAS drug tests are soooo expensive) he needs to keep into consideration that current circumstances regarding steroid users is so biased against them. Obviously, his wife's word means nothing, but if she throws the ball at him, the judge will certainly schdule a meeting to see how he behaves, how he reacts, and whether he looks jacked up or not. Any yes to any of those questions are likely to cost him the custody rights. Secondly, since the justice system is so biased against steroids users, and the judge thinks he's using "the arnolds", hey ...that makes him a criminal at least before the eyes of the judge. If the judge is a female....well, I'm afraid that your friend is trying to stop a house on fire shooting gasoline at it instead of water.
I know people who's been through the same situation, and believe....this is no game.
This is just a biased justice system in a time where judges, law enforcement etc, are playing hard ball on dealers and users, especially against those low profile users who appearanly have nothing to loose. The big fishes are getting away with it, and the average Joes are going to pay for them.
