I just got a Diva MP3 player and am having trouble uploading. When I try to drag an MP3 I keep getting the message "Please select a Drive from the list!"
I've tried everything including the help function. I'm not sure if it is recognizing the MP3 player as a drive as it is not showing it under My Computer. Does anyone know what the problem is?
