diuretics

what do u guys think is the best diuretic?? i used lasix for competition last year, and it worked great. but ive heard theres better.

I have no personal experience yet, but I'm going to try to get my hands on some aldactone (sp?). I've heard its about as effective as Lasix, but it's potassium-sparing.
