...what do u guys think of using a diuretic during a cutting cycle? currently im using tren/test/winny and to lose a little mroe water weight i was thinkin of using the cellucor L2 i have had layin around for like 6 months now.

I bloat quite a bit on sust, so I typically use herbal water pills when using it in a cycle. i've never experienced any problems. It helps to keep my blood pressure in check, and generally makes me feel better. Just be sure to keep up your water intake.

First of all, decrease your sodium intake to as low as you can.
You may use diuretics as long as you take care of your POTASSIUM.
You have to take regular potassium-supplements. Foods high in potassium are not enough.
POTASSIUM deficiency is what causes deaths in body builders who take diuretics.
Another option is what are called potassium-sparing diuretics (Dyazide or something similar).
AND DON'T OVERDO IT.

are there any good otc diuretics? or is lasix and aldactone the only ones that really work? im not entering a contest but at the end of my cutting cycle i want to really dry out and take some pics.

L2 or X-Pel

Dandelion leaffrom superiorpharmaceuticals...I beleive it has potassium built in...Youw ant the leaf not the damn stem

Only good if your a few days away from competing, they made me look too flat, I found i put it the water back on within days and felt more bloated after.

I give them a miss now and try to and get my diet incheck.

hiyas.

the smartest thing to do is to stop the electrolyte imbalance at the source, which is usually estrogen - but if youre using stuff that doestn aromatise, then in theory, using some diuretics isnt a hugely bad idea, so long as they arent potassium sparing diuretics

i wouldnt reccommend using any of these drugs without regular blood tests though. you do NOT want to mess around with your electrolyte levels.

i wouldnt do what youre suggesting long term. using one on a saturday morning so taht you dry out a bit for a date saturday night....maybe. long term fluid control without looking at the source, or dietary intake? no.

cheerios
