Diuretic to help reduce bloat?

It would help take water off right, but would this be counterproductive while bulking on cycle?

I was thinking along the lines of a green tea extract.

I don't like dieuretics at all. But I beleive Green tea extract simply contains caffeine as its dieuretic. However this will have no effect on controlling estrogenic related water bloat...

I like loop dieuretics from time to time. Not all the time. They can reek havok on your kidneys if your not careful. I agree with the terminator, they will have effect on controlling estrogenic related water bloat.

Thanks Term. I was looking for something a little more natural that arimidex to help keep the bloat down.

Loop dieuretics are very effective but EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. The pros you have heard of that droped dead were on loop dieuretics such as lasix. They deplete your system of all potassium which can lead to a fatal heart attack. If you want to use a dieuretic, use something like aldactone, which is potassium sparing. That is what I will use a couple of days before a show, and have never had any problems with it.

Thanks Lat. I've never heard of aldactone, so I'm going to need to do some research before I start taking it.

Good food and some AM cardio (and a small amount of anti-e) keep my bloat way down.
