can you name any good Diuretic supplements? I am looking to lose the water that built up under my skin and dont really know which supplements are good and which are not.

Post your experiences plz.

Dandelion root is a good cheap basic diuretic. Ive always found it beneficial. Some caffeine added would probably also be beneficial. -DOC
