I have been asked to proceed on this diet for at least 15 days. Low Carb Hi protein. Any suggestion if this is optimum.

B'Fast : 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg, 1 bread toast, 1 serving of whey protein.

Mid Morning : 1 serving of MRS (eg : Myoplex, Lean boady)

Lunch : 1 bread with some vegetable and 1 serving of whey

Mid A'noon : 1 serving of whey

Pre workout (i wout in the eve) : 1 banana.

Post Workout : 1 serving of myoplex, One bowl of sprout salad.

Since I'am from India wherever I have mentioned bread except for the toasted one it meant some wheat based product out here we would typically have a Chapati which is more like a very very thin pizza base (i dunno if a pizza base is wheat).

Your carbs are still fairly high.. Bread averages around 15-20 carbs per slice, your whey protein probably has like 10 carbs per scoop and the banana has like 30+ carbs.
What are your stats? (weight/high)

Height = 6ft
Weight = 95 kg

Since all the protein is in liquid form I tend to feel quite hungry any solid sources (veg)

this seems very high for a low carb diet. Seema like too much bread.
have you thought of tuna, cheese, steak, or chicken or do you not eat meats?

Ok so 'm gonna get all that bread of my diet. Yes I do eat meat but occasionaly only since 'm predominantly a veg food. Fish I love but since the monsoons have just hit thats gonna get scarce. Can you suugest a good pre and post workout food something with a fruit etc and also if you could point out in my listed diet as to where the carbs are coming and what could i remove from the diet.
