Distilled Water for Injecting???

I tried to find sterile water to replace the amp i broke. I really need to inject my HCG... the timing is already a little past. The pharmacy didn't have sterile water and i'm wondering if i can just used distilled water. Someone else suggested filtering some distilled water but i don't know where to get that type of filter. Any suggestions would be helpful. thanks.
