Discount protein bars warning!

I got some protein bars on discount cause they were expired. Anyway, I got through half of one before I realized it was caked with mold. Needless to say I've been sick for over a week now, and my head feels like it's going to explode! Can't work out, can't go to school, can't do shit! Screw anybody who sells that crap too!

That happened to me once. I had bars just sitting around, luckily I didn't eat them. All moldy! Nasty shit! It was those Detour bars. I don't care for those bars anyway. Oh Yeah! and muscle sandwich bars do it for me!

I make my own. Almost all store bought bars contain high fructose corn syrup, sugar and low grade protein made from cow hooves and lets not forget they are fucking expensive! I make my own, use my own whey and casein blend and such, costs about 25 cents a bar to make and are very very high grade.

And the ones that are not taste like they are made of shit. Instead of eating protien bars, just scoup some whey in your mouth and wash it down with a snickers bar. It will be about the same thing and cheper.

No I don't "always" have those symptoms. Not sure what that's supposed to mean. I'm sure you're just trying to be a prick as usual.

To everyone else, ya I don't usually eat protein bars, but I was in a pinch and needed something fast and easy for work cause I forgot to bring my own food. Now I REALLY hate them!
