Does anyone else every feel disconnected from humanity? You know..not just like you don't fit in, but more like you are an island?

I often feel very disconnected. I am married (~15 years), kids, have people we get together with but feel disconnected.

I wonder if having more sexual partners adds to connectedness. Do those of you who feel connected, part of humanity, feel having had sex with more people aids this connection - like you were part of, wanted by, or connected to humanity?

not sure about you but i have found now that i am older (33) i can hardly stand to be around stupidass people.you know the ones who think dumdass jokes are funny and try to crack on people to make themselves look better.although you know they are joking there is something inside you that wants to grab them around the throat and choke the shit out of them.
