I got my 8 week training photos back and it isnt' good. I have no chest, my back isn't there and my legs and arms- especially the left one- looks huge....it looks bigger than my head from the back. I lost most of the fat and my chest with it- it looks the same as last year. My delts are up some what, but I'm so out of balance...fuck....now what?
