Disappointed

I am disappointed in the lack of response I got to my previous post about workout routines. As a new reader I was eagerly seeking some interaction with others who train hard. It is interesting to me that I took the time to answer a question I was asked and did not get a response to that either.
Do I have digital bad breath? Is there something about posting here I don't know? :bawling: Maybe cause I'm "older" I don't fit into this group. Sorry for gripping but I am a little confused and as I said before disappointed.
 
I don't think anyone was ignoring you -- its hard to answer a general question like that. Its also a question often asked. And, well, its a internet board - no guarantees or expectations over a 2 day period. I would recommend checking the search function and also check out the training board for more ideas.

Sorry u are "disappointed"-- but patience is a virtue and please understand that there is a wealth of information already on the boards if you look. I don't think age has anything to do with it - this is your 9th post -- there is no "way" to do it-- you just do it. Sometimes people answer, sometimes not. Most of the time you will get response - but again - yours is a general question that is often asked and its hard for everyone to respond to the same questions in an expected period of time.

Spend some more time looking around - as I said, both on this board and the training board for new ideas. I bet you will find lots of stuff before you even have to ask. :)
 
Relax...not every post gets answered right away.....they are sometimes missed and as sassy said training questions have been asked several times...use your search feature and look through some old posts you will find tons of info..also the training board has some good info as well...but dont expect your questions to be answered as soon as you post...we do have lives outside of this board:)

Sometimes when you post at night, your post might be at the bottom of the page by daytime.

You should hang around, and you will get some good advice
from these ladies.

There are some good people on here.:)

Although that TripleV scares me sometimes.:worried:

Welcome Suzr. I'm also sorry you're disappointed. Last saturday afternoon I spent hours searching the boards and reading different workout schedules. Everyone is a little different but if you find a post from someone who has a schedule you're interested in, chances are you can PM them and ask.

Personally, I flit around here reading/posting whatever but I tend to do a search if I'm looking for some particular info. Hope this helps. I'm just getting back into this so right now I'm working with a trainer. I'm doing full body weight workouts 3 days a week with cardio days splitting those up. I'm going to stick to this for another week or so and then I'm going to slit into something like 1)chest/back 2)cardio 3)arms 4)cardio 5)legs 6)cardio 7)rest. 1 cardio day a week I want to do intervals...but that's just me.

You all had good advice and comments and I admit I was hasty in my response, so thanks again. I will definitely spend some time searching the boards for workout info.
I will also try to be more specific in my questions.
