Alot of the NFL and College BBall games I prefer to watch aren't televised here. I'm considering switching from Digital Cable to Satellite.


For those w/ basic packages how much does it cost per month?


How about the sports packages?

I pay $37 a month for the basic package with locals.

The sports packages are pretty pricey, running about $200 a year, I think.

Check directv.com for the exact prices...that's what I have.

Just remember that blackout restrictions still apply. So if a game isnt being shown in your home market because it is blacked out then it still will not appear in your directv reciever either...
