DIP/CHEW or SMOKERS come on out . . .

i was just curious as to how many of you dip . . . i myself dip . . . and i just figured might as well throw smoking in too . . . and smoking weed . . . . is dipping bad for u on a cycle, i know smoking is of course, what about smoking weed, i want some responses of people who do what, and feedback! thanks
 
Here we go with the smoking weed thing again. Marklm725, to save you a bit of time, try the search button and type in weed or pot smoking. You should get a couple of threads, particularly one that is extremely long talking about precisely this. To quickly sum up: Smoking weed may make you lethargic and eat more junk food,etc. Smoking cigarettes reduces the body's ability to uptake nutrients due to a lack of oxygen in the blood. (I know b/c I quit a month ago and there was a thread on this) Chewing tobaco I'm not completely sure, I never did that and don't know too much about it. Try searching though.
 
I'd say dipping is real common amongst guys like us. We share many (and I use this lightly) ideals/values/interests.

1) We care enough about our bodies to know better than to smoke cigarrettes.
2) We are enlightened people who choose to discover and think for ourselves...else we wouldn't be doing steroids ("Cause you will DIE if you use STEROIDS!")...hence a lot of us smoke weed.
3) dipping feels damn good after a hard as workout.



I'm not a hard core dipper or anything (bout a can every week or two), but I'd say that moderate use has negligable effects on our training.

LOL, im not getting into that one again!

Could someone explain what dipping is?
 
I would also like to know what ''dipping'' is please. Here in the Uk it means being ''pick pocketed''

I smoke cigars a few times a month,never been a issue to me,I can still run a 10 minute mile,which for me is good since I dont do any cardio training except for once a week for school

Dipping is chewing tobacco, you put it between your cheek and gums.

IMO it's nasty sh*t.

Some guy in the gym the other day was dipping while working out, and then he spilled his dip cup(used to spit) right in front of the preacher curl where I was lifting. That sh*t smells nasty as hell, I have a weak stomach to begin with.

I know the guy and is a pretty good dude, but that sh*t should be left out of the gym.
 
AHAHA! it should be left out of the gym yeah, it dries ur mouth out and shit, dont see how he does it, lol. . . . . its very good tho, i love it, its relaxing
