One Peroni with a caprese salad (threw some balsamic on that bitch). Gnochetti mamma mia (little gnocchis with shrimp in a surprisingly good aurora sauce). Follow that bitch up with the best Tiramisu ever and some homemade pistacchio gelato.

Then some Limoncello I made. I'm gonna try my next batch with vodka instead of grain alcohol. Don't think it will be as good but need to give it a try.

The waitress was some amazing zip with the best accent I've ever heard. I made her say my name several times, and got my Mavi jeans pregnant every fucking time.

Goo goo ga choo

how do you make limoncello?

lately i've been soaking cherries in grain alcohol for a few weeks, drying them off, and dipping them in chocolate to bring to parties. they go fast. mmm

especially the waitress!

Bro, I'm in love. The way she says my name with that accent - my fucking God. And she gave my shit right back to me all night ("we drinka the espresso after dessert! you-a do it all wrong"). I'll take you there soon on a night she works.

So amazingly easy. It's basically grain alcohol (or vodka), sugar, water and lemon peels. You have to steep the lemon peels in the alcohol for 4-5 days, then heat up the water and sugar to make syrup, mix it all and let sit for a day, then bottle and refridgerate for a few days and up to a month.

Let me know. I'm in!

ooh. sounds good. i'll try it. I have a lot of everclear to do the cherries (without the chocolate, they are so strong it's hard to breathe for a second. i LOVE it).

could you do it with limes or oranges? or would it not even be worth it? prolly not.

If you were going to do it with oranges I'd stick with the vodka.

Been thinking about making some Limoncello myself.

Seems fairly easy...hardest part in being zesting the lemons without hitting the rind.
