Dilema...how can I use a power rack as a weapon?

I bouhgt a 1 year old parabody power rack/cage from a guy my wife works with. Also got the flat/inlcine/decline bench with leg and preacher attachment......also got the lat and row attachment that connects to the rack....thought I got a great steal for only $550...but he got the steal...cashed my check a week ago and he still ain't brought my stuff.

So how do I beat him with this?
