could you please get the "chargeback" taken off my name. i cancelled my plat and now i seem to be the only one who has it attached to their name.

i did just send an e-mail to support but i dont think thats right to put there just cause i cancelled my plat!!! i just didnt see anymore things with plat so i decided to just cancel and now i have chargeback next to my name. no-one else seems to have it when they cancelled.

don't most loose their username if you cancel platinum?

why would i lose my name i had it before i was plat? so why would they take it away? i think some one is just pissed cause i cancelled my plat. my card was charged without me knowing and i was pissed so i let elite know and they cancelled and just to make sure i called my c/c company and made sure it was not paid. this is what we in the business world call a chargeback. when a c/c company goes into your account and takes money back its a chargeback. it sucks but then again i didnt like it being taken out without a notice of membership exp. i am not worried about elite cause i have never had a problem here but just dont like to be charged without notification.
