Digestive Enzyme Help

I plan on eating like a mofo and downing large quantities of protein in the next few months, and I figured I better get some digestive enzymes to help me out. Went to GNC to check it out, and came back with their house brand of Enzymes, I wanted something with protease and was told the Ox Bile within was their replacement for it. So far the only thing Ive been able to find about this Ox Bile crap is that it helps digest fats, what the hell. I cant find anything about it on this board wich is starting to scare me too. lol. Sounds like total crap to me, if this is the case this junk is going back and Im gonna get AbsorbAid with protease.

Here's the list of ingredients:

Pancreatin 4xUSP 100mg
alpha-Amylase 130mg
Betaine Hydrochloride 65mg
Pepsin 1:3000 NF 65mg
Papain NF-8 65mg
Ox Bile Extract 1:8 8.125mg

If someone could let me know if this is complete crap and Id be better with something else, it'd be appreciated. Thanks.

what i use is ginger root at 500-1000mgs RIGHT before each meal...that would be better

Yeh, I was gonna get that and screw it, I just did, I went and brought that other crap back and picked me up some ginger root. 100 caps @ 500mg each
