Does anyone else use digestive aids (supplemental enzymes) while consuming large amounts of protiens? By now every one knows that Ginger increases the absorption of protien, but what about wasted protien that never gets broken down enough for the body to use?? I was thinking about it, and wondering if it could help increase the amount of protien my body can handle in at one meal...
 
They might be of benefit, but if you are spacing your maels and eating 5-6 times a day, I doubt that you are eating so much at one sitting that some is getting wasted. 300-350 grams per day.
