Ok guys I know this should be in the diet section or the muscle foods section but this area gets more hits so I need to know your opinion on different ways to make your plain oatmeal. Currently all im doing is adding a packet or 2 of equal and maybe a banana if it's earlier in the day. I need to know as oatmeal is becoming my staple for carb intake and eating the same thing over and over gets real boring. BTW- easy on the extra calories everyone im dieting over here.
