Different ways to make your plain oatmeal more enjoyable.

Ok guys I know this should be in the diet section or the muscle foods section but this area gets more hits so I need to know your opinion on different ways to make your plain oatmeal. Currently all im doing is adding a packet or 2 of equal and maybe a banana if it's earlier in the day. I need to know as oatmeal is becoming my staple for carb intake and eating the same thing over and over gets real boring. BTW- easy on the extra calories everyone im dieting over here. ;)

oatmeal
Fat free /calorie free Butter
Sugar free Pancake Syrup{2 tbsp}
2 packs of equal
=...Good stuff and Only about 15-30 extra calories...

I have not started yet bro ? Waiting to make my Fina:D and I may go get some blood work done next week, just to make sure I'm back to normal before I crank up again...How's your current cycle coming bro ? good to hear from ya again

here's one faves for breakfast...

oatmeal (as much as required)
protein vanilla (optimum works well for me)
3 tbs of unsweetened applesauce
1 cup skim milk
6 tbs of slivered almonds...
punch of cinnamon

and voila...excellent IMO...

1 cup Dry Oatmeal
1-1/2 cups WestSoy Lite Vanilla Soy Milk
Cook then add 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
Mix and Serve...

I agree with "da big thinker", BUT, I like to use a granny smith apple. I core it out, and mash the fuck out of it. A blender works better though. To get out the apple sauce just take the bottom off. Add that to the oatmeal. Get your fiber that way too. I like to leave the skin on. OH, and a LIGHT dash of lemon juice. I add walnuts to mine, chopped as small as possible, almost to a powder.

If you drive alot, just eat the oatmeal dry out of the box!! I drive a crap load, ussually take some with me. Take a mouth full and let it sit for awhile and CHEW it like tobacco or something like that.

well I will soon be joining you in the oatmeal as a source of carbs and I will be trying out all of these various ideas, I tend to like the sugar free pancake syrup.

I thought I was the only person that did that :)

Muscle Milk and Flax seed meal

I take 4 strawberry's, put em' in my Muscle Milk,(the best tasting yet) shake. Add some flax seed meal for a little nutty taste plus extra cholesterol absorbing power. Then I pour that into my plain old bland as fuck Oatmeal. I keep the remainder of shake mixture near by so I can keep adding it as it gets absorbed by the oats. I also keep some fresh oj near by and a pear or egg whites just to have a break for the taste buds. Then after breakfast I go throw darts at the picture of some fat ass Quaker!:destroy:

i have porridge...sod the 'cups worth'...when bulking i just fill a bowl up with a load of oatmeal...pour in a load of milk till its full up...heat for 2 mins in microwave...it gets hard so pour milk on to the top and add some honey(if in morning)...plus bannana, plus 10 egg whites with 4 yolks...plus2 slices of toast...glass of juice. Wow look...you have now had a good 65 grams of protien, 45 from eggs 15 from poridge with milk 5 from toast. also about 85 grams of carbs. Not bad for breakfast all of it being pretty good quality calories

when i am getting ready for a show i throw in some crystal light...no calories and tons of flavors. i like kiwi strawberry the best.
