Different stategies regarding CLEN???

Hey bro's,
I'm getting ready to do a Clen cycle and have heard lots of conflicting info. The dosage of 100 - 140 mcgs seems to be consistant, however, I've heard three different types of cycles: 2 days on, 2 days off / 1 week on, 1 wk off / 2 wks on, 2 wks off. I plan to use an EC stack on the off days, however, I'm confused as to which the off days should be. Any help from experience would be greatly appreciated! Time to get ripped for the summer,

don't go using the 'recomended dosage' without finding out about your tolerance to the drug - personally 60mcg is fine for me...(with a bit of zaditen of course...):)
 
I'm currently running 120mcg at 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on. (Taking weekends off) And I'll probably work up to 140mcg-160mcg. Haven't gotten any headaches yet, so we'll see....
 
Thanks for the info guys! Want to enlighten me on what Zaditen is? I will defenitely be starting off small and working my way up. Just trying to lower my bf, it is currently at about 18% and would like it around 10:)

your off days are every 2 wks your off the clen......
each 2 wks clen..eca..clen..eca........--GOT IT--

to find your effective mg range, start low and go up 1 tab a day, till your shaking REAL BAD, then ease off slightly to where the shakes are not as bad....and thats your most effective dose.....
