Difference between the "Paper People"?

Im just wondering, is the "competitor"/non-feline guy only frowned upon because of his dumb ass ways of getting his name out there, or is there actual problems w/ the product? Any lab tests out there? Does he use USP24 ox powder too? Any reason (other than his dumb "marketing practices") to stay away if Im trying to save a few bucks? Just wondering what the whole story is, thanks.

btw, I know RC is very reliable and a good guy, and Im sure the "better" guy, and Ive used him b4, and will use him again. Just wanna know if the other fellow is "OK" for when Im a little poor. peace
