difference between manipulation & control.

I have to do a 1-2 min speech on the difference between manipulation and control. Can someone help mne out. I don't know how to go about this one.

So for a speech how can I go about describing the difference between the two?
Example:
Everyone here has been controled and manipulated many times. With control we can relate to how we were raised. Our parents would control us so we would always do what they thought was best. Control is something we will always come in contact with with everyday life and with work.
Looking at manipulation we know its an aspect of control but is often used to get us to beleive we are doing something we want to do when we really don't.

well, that first link i gave shows how to change someone & the second shows how to keep them there. I guess that would qualify as the difference between the 2.

Possible speech:
In life people will always try to manipulate and control us to do many things. Weather it be at work or with our friends. The biggest manipulators and controlers in some of our lives would be our parents.
Manipulation and control are in a sense both just a form of control. Manipulation is the process of convincing or persuading someone to do something that they didn't choose on their own, or wasn't thought of before it was pushed on them. While control is holding someone to whatever they were manipulated to do. This happens with our parents because they try to convince or persuade us to do things that they want us to do. Once we have done what they want they use the force of control to keep us doing something in fear of the consequensce of disobeying.
In conlusion, seeing the difference between manipulation and control we can easily say that it's unfair of anyone to be in the place of controlingor manipulating someone to do things you want them to.
