Difference between FEDERAL and STATE Probation??

My best friend was just put on FEDERAL probation for "conspiracy" to distribute G*B thru the mail. He wants to start a cycle but is paranoid as hell. He hasnt met his PO, but his lawyer ( which he spent near $40k) said they wont test for gear. Can you guys relay any info so he wont stop hounding me and making me paranoid?!?!!? LOL Thanks guys.

You know who Craig Titus is?? He was busted a few years back for "conspiracy to destribute XTC" and was given probation. Now Im not sure wheather it was state or federal, but they did end up testing him for AS, and he WAS sent to Federal prison for 18 months I think for violating it. Supposedly, as far as I can remember reading, the judge in his case had a serious hard on for Craig and THAT was why he was tested. I dont think that Craig looking like someone stuck an airhose up his ass helped him much though IMO. If I was your pal, I would stick to doing mild-low androgens that wont blow him up much, and wont make his AS use so obvious. Stick to Deca, Anavar, Winny, Halo, Primo, Eq. Avoid tests, dbol, drol,etc. By the way, they probably do NOT test for AS as a matter of policy on the Federal level(I can say from experience that the county & state dont or wont---probably because it costs $300 or so). Best to be safe and either stick with the mild-low androgens, or just stay off until he's off probation alltogether.

ROIDOG..............thanks man..........just wondering, because he is paranoid as hell. He wants to start his cycle and is scared because he doesnt know his conditions of probation yet (he hasnt been sentenced yet). I personally think he'll get like 3-5 years of probation on the federal level. I have discussed this with him extensively and he doesnt wanna wait 3-5 years to start his cycle! LOL. I'll relay your recommendations bro, thanks for your input!

I know this sounds crazy, but he could wait until he gets sentenced and meets with his probation guy. That way, he will be given a test, or be told he will be given a test, or possibly even told what they test for. Either way, he shouldn't have to wait long (when is he going to be sentenced?) and that way, he won't be as nervous.

TxLonghorn.............I asked him the same question. He told me it would probably be better to start now rather than later because he hasnt been sentenced yet. (I think he said in like 2 months he will be sentenced) I he gets tested for deca, they cant violate him because deca stays in the system for like 2 years and he can say he took it BEFORE he was sentenced. This is what i told him to do anyway. His lawyer, who charged him a WHOPPING $40k (YES.....40 THOUSAND DOLLARS) told him he probably wouldnt be tested for gear, just recreational drugs (pot, coke, etc) If anyone has any other input, its greatly appreciated!

I think your deca theory may be flawed. It is detectable for long period of time. But I'm sure they are going to look at the concentration in his system and it would be very low if he used two years prior, but if he is on and gets tested his levels will be very high. I'm with tx wait it out until after sentencing. Just my two cents.

Well, his lawyer is right, he probably won't be tested for gear. However, they can test him for anything. Why can't he wait 2 months? And if he is going to say he took deca before probation, so they can't say anything, he could say that about pot...and yet, I don't think they would care.

Look, it's ultimately up to him, and there will always be a risk. If he starts getting real big real fast, they can always do a test on him. All you can do, and the attorney, is give him the info, and let him take it from there.

just to let you know, it depends on what you are busted for. i was busted back in 98' for possessing a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and spent 2 and a half years in a federal prison. you can tell your friend that they test for the regular street shit, i.e.- opiods, methanphetamines, weed, the usual shit on the street. a matter of fact there are five drugs that they test for. i'm telling you first hand that they don't test for shit that takes a special test to see what your doing. like i said, i'm letting you know from experience bro!!!!!!!!! i've been a role model citizen since i been out . the only thing is when i went to see him (p.o.) this last time, he said,"looks like your gaining weight?". i said,"yeah, i've been really depressed and eating like crazy, since i'm outta work i don't do nothing but eat and sleep and lift!!!!!!!! just to let you know, when he seen me the time before, i was 195 pounds. when i seen him just this past month, i was 225..............
it's up to your friend, but if he does, tell him to wear baggy clothes and act as if nothings new....... i mean, how many people are going to say its AS right off the bat. also, i've been seeing him for a little over a year now. hope this helped................
