i dont power lift much anymore but i do hard core workouts and i swimm with a masters team anywhere from 5000 meters to 10 000 meters a week it varies without ocean swims and i surf....love it any way i'm 43 good shape,body fat as low has its ever i'm 5'10 170 as lean as ever...just want more stregngth
and enduranc...thinking of a test e around 250ml week with eq at 300ml week with dryland hardcore workpouts and grueling pool time;;;;;
