Diff kind of question

I need to submit a new resume for a position I want. For "personal interests", the guy said that I should somehow dress it up. I have only (in addition to my reading and writing): "Physical fitness."

Of course, that makes it sound so much more blase than it really is! How would you describe--seriously, and using as few words as possible--what we do?

Ex: Over 28 years of Personal Fitness Training.

It will open up for some great conversation by the interviewer.

I went with Phem's. Although, being so small, I shudder to think of the interviewer's reaction upon seeing me: "Bodybuilder, eh? Oh yeah, you're a regular Hans & Franz. Gonna bust out of that suit...."
