Has you experimented with the Hi- LOW CARB diet outlines on the anabolic reference guide (phillips).

What about this ABC Diet promoted onth the sport supplement review 3rd issue?

Hmm is this the phillps from EAS? His theorys are good, he gives you carbs for energy, protein for workouts and small amounts of fats. But look at his program, people are lifting 3-4 days a week, eating well balanced meals, and doing cardio 3-4 days a week,
 
Yes..thats the author.. I bough his anbolic revie guide around 7 years ago.. along with an WORL ANABOLIC REVIEW.. TO this point, along with other books, they form the core of my pharma library.

I started the Hi - LOW card diet.. It has been two weeks, and for me its working. I do have to admit that it was HARD to schedule the meals and record all the nutrition info...but I see my fat dimishing. The theory make sense.
 
A food log is critical for any fat los program and Bill does give some good advice even if HMB "feels like deca."
