dietplaning during cycle, what do u do?

1 inches = 2.54 centimeters, 12 inches in a foot (feet plural)
 
just eat alot of fish, meat, chicken...

add in alot of smart carb options, sweet potatoes, oats...and just run with it man, eat till you puke (almost)
 
ok so now i did it..did one on bodybuilding.com.
my bmr is 1916 cals a day.
when i counted in activity it showed 2682 cals to maintain.

how about you shoot for 3500 cals a day to start and see where that gets you. aim for 300-400 grams of protein. i wouldnt worry too much about the fat content. pay attention to the mirror and the tape measure and if u find yourself adding fat too quickly back it down 500 cals or if you are not gaining any wait bump it up 500 cals.
