First some background
20 year old/ 10pbf/ 250lb/ 6'4"
i am looking for advice in what i'm doing wrong in terms of dieting. Currently im in week 6 of Sust 600/fina 75ed/winny 50ed. I am eating 2800 cal 50/30/20. This is 700 cal below maintance. I am doing 30 min cardio 4 times a week on the treadmill ( 3mph/ 8%incline)
Since i started my cycle and diet my body fat only dropped 1% (started at 11%). I don't understand what i'm doing wrong. On my last cycle i did low carb <100g a day and still i was only able to achieve 9%. On the upside i am up 8lb (probably water since i doubt i'm putting on muscle eating so few cals)
I know my genetics aren't the best but i figured the drugs would overcome this problem. BTW its ** products, except for the fina which is homebrew.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
