Dieting update

Just thaught I'd share my progress with you guys on how my dieting is going. I re-injured my shoulder from last year a couple months ago so I have been taking it reel light and just focusing on training lighter with perfect form. Lucky for me the injury is nothing serious and just causes a little stiffness from time to time which has been geting better slowly. I have been dieting naturally for about 2 months using Yohimburn DF and Thermorexin. I have gone from 239 at 16% to about 226 at 11% (calipers) I am following a basic diet of about 3000 cals a day, mod carbs, high protein and moderate fat. I am doing cardio 4 times a week after my weight training for about 30min at a moderate pace on the treadmill. Nothing out of the ordinary. I would like to say how much I love the Yohimburn, this is my first time using the product and it has been working great on my love handles which have always been a HUGE problem area for me. If anyone would like me to go into further detail or has any questions at all, then feel free to ask :)

Damn brotha where you been? Good to see you're still around. I fell off for a little bit as well but I'm back to share my knowledge as well as my wise-ass comments.

BTW - Dieting "naturally" you say??? There is no such thing as natural!!! :D

Hey mustang, I know what you are going through with the shoulder injuries, make sure that you do some good rotator warmups before hand ... will greatly help. Sounds like things are going good for you .... damn ... I think that I may have to get some yohimburn. I was gonna pick some up in the summer but never got around to it. Is it really that noticable? How do you know that it aint the training and diet that are melting the fat away?

No doubt that the training and diet are a HUGE factor and by far are the most important BUT (and thats a big but lol) I have been using it on my love handles and that has always been a BIG problem area for me, even when I was at my lowest body fat I have always had them to some extent. They are almost gone now and I'd be willing to bet that Yohimburn had a huge role to play in that :)
Mike...I've been around bud, read the boards every day but don't post nearly as much anymore...Still add in my 2 cents and clean up any bullshit I can find ;)
