Just thaught I'd share my progress with you guys on how my dieting is going. I re-injured my shoulder from last year a couple months ago so I have been taking it reel light and just focusing on training lighter with perfect form. Lucky for me the injury is nothing serious and just causes a little stiffness from time to time which has been geting better slowly. I have been dieting naturally for about 2 months using Yohimburn DF and Thermorexin. I have gone from 239 at 16% to about 226 at 11% (calipers) I am following a basic diet of about 3000 cals a day, mod carbs, high protein and moderate fat. I am doing cardio 4 times a week after my weight training for about 30min at a moderate pace on the treadmill. Nothing out of the ordinary. I would like to say how much I love the Yohimburn, this is my first time using the product and it has been working great on my love handles which have always been a HUGE problem area for me.
