Dieting "treats"

What kinds of things do all of you eat when on a cutting diet for a compitition? I consider hard boiled eggs my ONLY treats as of now (yes i eat the yolk too, with some salt also). I would like some other things i could eat that arent the same old plain tasting meat and repetative healthy foods im gonna be eating for the next 10 weeks.
 
some of the less healthy protein bars taste pretty good, but that isnt much of a cheat really unless your doing like a no sugar diet.
 
Low fat, high protein dairy is a treat. Having a tablespoon of natural PB on my tofu is a treat. Protein bars - healthy or otherwise - are a treat. I wish I could do the egg thing without getting sick, some egg salad with full fat mayo and chopped celery would reeeally hit the spot right now. :P

It will say NATURAL on the label, and it will have about a half inch of oil floating on the top (good, unsaturated oil, don't pour it off, mix it in). Look at the ingredient list if you are unsure. The only ingredient should be PEANUTS.
 
Does this mean that when im dieting i can have natural peanutbutter sandwiches on whole weat bread as much as i please *praying*
 
Il b so happy i could cry if this natural peanutbutter and sugar free jello is true. I just need some confirmation and maybe some more nutritional facts about these. Are they ok for contest prep dieting? How often?
 
They're okay for contest dieting, just cut em' out when the show is getting close. FF Jello has like 40 calories a box, natural PB has about 200 cals/serving, I think 15g fat, 7carb,7pro2gfiber. Don't eat the whole jar until after your contest. Unless you're gonna fat load for the contest...mmm...fat...
