Dieting supps advice

So i have some Green Tea extract, CLA, 7-Keto, and some Ashwaganda... and a limited amount of each (atleast a months worth)

My question is, would it be better to take these all together for a month or so leading up to summer, or start one now, and use each one by itself for a month for the next 3 or 4 months?
 
What dose for the CLA? at least 10+ grams is required to see good results.

7-keto+GT is a very good stack, so I'd run that when fat-loss begins to slow.

yea i bought the CLA a while ago... i just figured id use it up... probably at around 6g/day....

so... you think its better to run them together rather than in sequence?

I also have r-ala and ECA... ill be using eca on and off... and r-ala, as soon as i pick it up from home....

Well it's hard to say. I think I'd do 7-Keto all the way through for thyroid then alternate weeks of ECA and GT. That way you get max fat burning for a long period.
