Alright guys, i am just starting my second cycle. it is a cutting cycle and will consist of 600mg sust/wk for 8 weeks and 400mg eq/wk for 8 weeks.
My stats are 20 years old, 6'4", 242lb, 9% bf.
My goals are to drop to 6-7% bf and jump to 255lb
I plan on doing cardio eod for 30 minutes.
My diet consists of 80g of fat, 200g of carbs, 400g of protein.
I would appreciate any comments on my diet/ any suggestions on whether i should up or lower my calories, etc.
