OK,
SO right now I am 225lbs 6'3" around 10%bf....My goal is to get up to 240lbs... Now the cycle I am about to take is:
Farmak Prop 100mg/ed for 10 weeks.
Tren 75mg/ed for 8 weeks.

Now I want to shed my fat down and get pretty ripped up....What would be a typical day of eating for this goal? Would I just eat about 50 carbs a day? or is not realistic to put on 15lbs. and lower my body fat, to where I want it?
Just give me some advise....I also planned on doing cardio about 20min/day 4 times a week...
