Dieting: PM cravings are killing me.

Drink a lot of water, get in the high-fiber foods and keep thinks like sugar-free jello on hand. Good stuff to help beat sugar cravings at the very least. Are you using any gear? Depending on the compound, the culprit may be in the syringe - and then in your ass. :)
 
Tons of salid (raw green veggies), and lots of water like slyder suggested. Sugar free jell-o works well, as suggested.

Try eating something with virtually no insulin response, but slow digesting such a a little bit of steak or a tbs of natty peanut butter with a large glass of water later a night as well.
 
I always get cravings late at night. I think the answer is just to gut it out and after a while you will get used to it. Bodybuilding is not easy especially when you diet. It is more of a willpower thing than anything,

Very true. Its all about willpower, but he is right, it gets easier with time. Hang in there and stay strong. Most of us on the board know what its like, so we can attest to the fact taht its hard, but you can do it if you want it bad enough.

My secret to shreddedness is....(drum roll) :)

Podimin.....Fenfluramine.

It's an anorectic but a CNS depressant.

S, like Ephedrine but for the night. it curbs hunger amazingly well at night, and lets you drift off to sleep.

if you can't still sleep, there are OTC sleep aids that work well. But the biggie is hunger. Only fenfluramine and the more potent dextro-isomer dex-fenfluramine combat night-time hunger while letting you sleep.
 
another vote for pondimin. i have treid all the shit on the otc market, cck/hunger zapper you name it they dont work. pondimin really changed my life 5 years ago.
