I also posted one up that has more measurements it starts with low oz of meat but recommend bumping it up 8-10 oz for guys that are a bit more advanced or weigh more than 180
When bulking I like .5-.8 g per lb protein because when your bulking your body can do protein synthesis much easier and doesn't need as much. When bulking if I'm counting I pretty much follow 70-100 fat 500 carbs and 200 protein at 235 lbs
Bulking in gear is the same for me I bulk like I bulk any other time
The thing is wile on gear ur in a anabolic state more often so ur almost "always building "
So in response to your question I typically keep things about the same whether I'm on gear not I don't want to get big bloated and fat when I'm on gear so I don't do serious caloric surplus
