Dieting & Fat Intake Levels???

I'd like to get ALOT of opinions on this one, fellas. Which Fat Intake level is the best, percentage wise, to use while dieting? Is it 20% Fat? 25% Fat? Or 30%?
 
depends..... you need fat to some extent. but taking a ketogenic diet out of play. i would say no more than 40 grams of fat per day

so 40 x 9 = 360 cals part of 2000 calorie diet that is about 18%

the only real fat source i have is from either flax seed oil or muscle milk shakes.... other than that i get some fats from hard boiled eggs and chicken, tuna, and steak. i guess indirectly i get more than 40g of fat per day.
