Needsize, upload them to your gallery, open them in full window, right click, select properties, copy the address, and then put the address in the [IMG ] adress [ /IMG ]
 
dieting blues....and updated pics

I hate the mixed emotions that come with dieting. I started 4 weeks ago at around 235 at 13% and felt nice and big. I was tested on monday at 10% at 220lbs. I know that I must look better, but I'm starting to feel really small. I'm used to stepping on the scale and praying that it went up, now its going down every time I step on it, and its good, but it still seems like its going in the wrong direction.

I do have updated pics, but cant post them as I dont have any web space to host them on, and I'm not platinum anymore...

This is bigorexia at its worst

(remember when used to walk into the club you me and dissto all fuckin jakcked up and bloated man that was scary LOL)
 
You're huge man. I know that exact feeling though. I hate dieting as I feel like it's a step backwards. :(

looking good bro. when i saw the first pic it looked like you had no calves, but the second one prooved that wrong. Also how tall are you, and how big are yor thighs, they look massive.
 
What bodyfat are you on. How much was the aggregate gain from the cycles?
 
you'd be surprised at my quad size, right now they are around 26 maybe 26.5". Its the whole proportion thing, my frame is really small so it makes everything look much bigger. My arms are only 18.25 in these pics, but my frame makes them look bigger too

i think its safe to assume your shorter than me, heh. I wouldnt say only 18.25, thats some nice size. I gonna have to remeasure my legs, i couldve sworn they were 26, but look like shit compared to yours.

I have small wrists and knees, but somewhat bigger knees and elbows, not huge, but not at the same proportion id say, which i think takes away from my thighs and upper arms.

That depends on what pic it was, if it was the one where I'm really white, not much as thats when I was having trouble eating as my stomach was causing me problems. If it was the one from last year, maybe 10lbs

ZGzaZ, I was tested at 10% the day the first two were taken, the last one was taken 3 days later so still around 10%

Iguess your structure would do well in bodybuilding, as others have said your 26 inch legs look ALOT bigger. Even your arms look bigger than 18`s DAMN. anyway congrats on the good gains.

Thanks. This frame of mine sucked ass when I was younger and just skinny. But now that I've got some mass on it its actually a bonus as everything looks bigger. Crappy thing is that I can look small in a shirt, but when I take it off I look big. I'd love to be one of those mass monsters that look big all the time...
 
where the hell do you lift that you can workout like that. I like to workout in cutoff shirts and shorts, but my church gym wont allow it, and until i go back to school, have no where else to go.
 
My gym has a dress code too, no tank tops and that sort of thing. Usually if I want to do pics I use the aerobics studio, but this time I just thought what the hell, and did them right in the gym

Thanks for the props guys. As for my squat, best I've done is 455lbs for 5, ass to the floor with no belt, usually its around 405-425lbs for reps. The first two pics were taken in the supplement store that is owned by one of the regulars on the womens board, fyre. Shes also the one getting me ready for the show

455x5, ATF? Fuck me, LOL. That's impressive as hell. Weighing a fat 250 and during my first cycle years ago, I peaked out at 365x5 and 380x2 ATF. That's awesome!!!!!

Thanks, I guess its a decent squat. To me its more about building a big body than big weights, but sometimes it is nice to count all the plates on the bar. With this diet though my squats arent quite as good.

Thanks B Fold, its always nice to hear youre looking big from a guy thats a solid 300+ lbs....
