Guys, what caloric intake should you start after a long layoff from the gym? I told my friend he should multiply his bodyweight x 11 and this would be a good starting point using the macros 40%Protein/30%Carbs/30%Fat. He's 29 years old, 6'3" 260-265lbs and 18-20%bf. His goal is 8-9% bf. Good advice?? What would you change??
