Dieting Advice

What are some ways you guys stop yourselves from eating junk food? I want to eat healthy and keep a consistent routine of doing so, but sometimes I just say " eh whatever, just this one time" and get carried away.

I want to know what methods you guys use, and what has helped you guys to keep a clean diet and stay consistent?

wrong forum...answer is just dont do it...pre cook all your food for the following days...have no excuse to stop for fast food ro anything...if you have a busy schedule atleast throw a case of waters in your car and a tub of protein for the times you dont have a few minutes...if you cant make it to get a meal, down a shake real quick...
main thing is dont slip up...once you get to your desired weight you can have thigns here and there...but while dieting you eat 1 fucked up meal a day you set your self back days in weight loss
 
Same here... Eat clean 6 days of the week, and whatever I want the remaining one. Helps keep the motivation up and gives you something to look forward to.
