I know what I need calorie wise.....about 2800, do you think it's better to eat a pro/fat meal inbetween each pro carb meal?

For example:

meal 1 7am - 3/4 oats, 1egg, 1 cup egg whites
meal 2 10am- 1/2 cup rice, 5oz lean beef
meal 3 1pm- 3/4 cup oats, 5 oz chicken, 10 almonds
meal 4 ? Shake? Pretraining - nothing, or chicken/rice or whey shake
TRAIN - 4:15-5:30 (si[ on bcaas_
meal 5 - 2 pcs whole wheat bread or pasta
meal 6 pre bed casein shake, 20 almonds
Bed

stats 6'2, 160lbs, 10% bf lean mass attempt without cardio

If u're on right man and u're on a tear to bulk I wanna see u at at least 3250 bro. Comeon. Put on some SIZE!!!

Certainly not arguing, only learning here, but there are two factors to consider...

-that is 500 over maintenance, but not really maintenance plus the amount of physical activity you're going to be putting in on a daily and weekly basis.

-The point of aas is that you can bulk more in a faster amount of time, have longer workouts and and recov from those workouts faster "thereby more working out time over a given amount of time, no?

Therefore, again, your caloric requirements are significantly greater than someone going natural and working out say only 3 days a week.

Just take that stuff into consideration. a 3,000 cal a day bulk won't hurt man I promise!:)

First off, my "cycle" is on an MD dose of HRT at 200mg, allowing me to have the same testosterone as a normal person, or on the high side of normal. Sure I may bump it up soon, but for now, we are on level playing fields.

Next, AAS are not magic, they do not allow you overtrain, no matter if you eat 10,000 cals or 1,000. They do not magically keep you lean. If your body uses and needs 2000 cals a day, and you consum 2100, you will gain weight. Plain and simple. Now, combind that wuith working out and some will go to building muscle. So in essence, you may still gain some fat, but also gain some muscle too....that's why it's NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to do either. Put on mass without bodyfat or cut and not lose muscle. ]

This is making it much more complicated and much more disease oriented then any of us want it to be.....I just want to put on the LEAST amount of fat and MOST amount of muscle as humanily possibly and 400-500 over your bmr is what my idea was. Yes, it does take into account my activities. Which right now are ZERO cardio, sitting 10 hours a day, and training 6x a week.....
