I hav been on my diet for about a month now but i am having some cravings to snack?
I need help with these products:
string cheese
almonds
tofu
soy beans
Any feedback is appreciated.

What kind of advice are you looking for? Tofu and soybeans suck for most any reason. (are you female?). If you are vegetarian and this is the reason you are eating these foods, make sure to keep your iodine intake up.
 
Light Whipped Cream or Cottage cheese + blueberries or strawberries
You can also cut up little pieces of chicken and dip them in salsa
celery with peanut butter
just be creative :)
