I have sat around for the past year or two eating shit and not working out. I did play hockey for the fall so i was in some sort of shape then.
I was wondering, i want to get strong, real strong, and skinnier (i am 5'6" and 145 pounds)
I dont appear heavy, just my gut, and i dont drink beer
I want a diet that will keep me full (if not thats OK) and a plan to help me gain muscle mass. Thanks alot
