I have sat around for the past year or two eating shit and not working out. I did play hockey for the fall so i was in some sort of shape then.

I was wondering, i want to get strong, real strong, and skinnier (i am 5'6" and 145 pounds)

I dont appear heavy, just my gut, and i dont drink beer :fro:

I want a diet that will keep me full (if not thats OK) and a plan to help me gain muscle mass. Thanks alot
 
cant cut and bulk at the same time, pick one. you can stay stuffed eating veggies and egg whites. but you need to eat other stuff then that. post your diet.
 
no offence dude but read around this forum, there's tonnes of great advice. Rather than repeating ourselves over again just look and see what others have advised. See what people like geofgarst, bodybyfinaples, Hansel and myself have written

i was thinking today that I would reccomend elite to anyone, i think u have to pay to register now and I know that I deffinately would!
