Diet with Clen??

What Kind of diet should I be using while on Clen?..i was thinking of starting Crum's Diet when i start clen...

im 6'0 175 14.b%bf

also...how would i cycle this?

T-3 Cytomel
Usnic Acid

what kind of fat loss can i expect?...do i need to take anything with the Cytomel?...should I just dump the T-3 and Usnic and go DNP and Clen?

Fat loss depend upon your diet and cardio, etc.

I like low calorie, high protien, low carb diet when cycling clen,

eat clean, cardio, the sides go away after 4 or 5 days
