Diet while taking some time off

I'm planning to take a week off from training to allow my joints to take a breather.

Should i still maintain the same calorie intake as while i was training?

I'm on a bulking cycle at the moment.

You can lower calories to weight x 14, which should be just about enough to maintain. Another good way is to balance your diet w/ 40%protein/30%carbs/30%fat
